Jamessa Reed booked her July 25th wedding at the troubled Detroit Riverside Hotel. The hotel is facing serious financial issues that recently caused big problems for guests who were in town for the National Baptists Convention.

The guests did not have air conditioning or clean linens. They even had to go to the front desk for toilet tissue. Jamessa fears her guests could experience problems too for her upcoming wedding. She's already paid a $3000 deposit.

She wants her money back so she can quickly book another hotel. Detroit Riverside hotel says they cannot refund her money. Management says they will do their best to put on a wonderful wedding. Jamessa says she's facing a difficult decision. She may have to walk away from the hotel, but does not have the money and fears she won't be able to find a new location in time.
