This is Great, BUT if you don't have great Credit you are out! That is right! Your not getting a home loan! and if you have a home and would like to get a lower rate, your not going to get a loan! and last but not least and if you have great credit and would like to redo you loan for a better rate for get it! you paid to much on your home and you would have to put money down, like 1/2 of what you paid for your home! So in closing the banks and market ripped you off and will not stand by you! But if you don't pay your bill the bank will take your home and you can buy it back for 1/2 of what you paid for it! if you have cash!? to get the banks going we gave what 2 trillion so they would loan us our money!? But we all know how this is going!? our money but that's not happening so if we all walk away from our loans, and stopped paying them, till they make good on what they told us they would do!? hell they may let us re do our loans. Or they will keeping doing what thay are doing righting off the loans and selling them to the good old boy and they are making millions on our homes as we live in tents! What to do?, What do we do? Call the big man on the hill and let him here what we have to say! this is all we have! His plan is not working and he needs to know! We are the only ones that can stop this mess no care, and no one will do a thing till we get off our butts and call!!!!!
