Windy the Arson Dog is Sworn in
ROSEVILLE, Mich. (WXYZ) - A key new member of a fire department team was sworn in Friday.

Windy, the arson dog, took the oath in Roseville.

She sniffs around fire scenes, helping investigators find the needle in the haystack. Windy is trained to sniff hydrocarbon accelerants like gasoline, diesel and kerosene.

Windy is a former guide dog and she has worked in six different counties.
