(WXYZ) - Detroit Police say a woman used commercial fireworks to blow up her ex-husband's car near Fenkell and Wyoming on Detroit's west side.
Doris Cabean-Giles, 42, was arraigned for planting explosives causing damage. That's a 30-year felony.

When Cabean-Giles turned herself in she still had shrapnel in her back. She was too scared to go to the doctor because she was afraid people would know immediately what she had done.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
