Anthony Jeffrey Brodie was arraigned on terrorism charges this morning, a day after the 7 Action News Investigators broke the story of his alleged plot to blow up the Oakland County Courthouse and assassinate a judge.

Brodie was arrested by U.S. Marshals yesterday at his Ann Arbor workplace.

At the same time, deputies with the Oakland County Sheriffs Office were raiding his home, finding evidence related to the charges.

The 24 year old is in the middle of a custody dispute before Judge Lisa Gorcyca.

The ex-military man told a friend online he was ready to kill who ever he needed to in order to carry out his plan.

That plan was to assassinate Judge Gorcyca and blow up the courthouse should he not be awarded custody of his son.

He was also reportedly researching the Oklahoma City bombing and sympathized with bomber Timothy McVeigh.
