The man suspected in the kidnapping of 3-year-old Marvie Gardner has been charged in the case.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Michael Lee Grayson with one count of Kidnapping, Child Enticement and Unlawful Driving Away an Automobile.
It is alleged that Grayson kidnapped the child from a location on the 19300 block of Winston on Thursday. An Amber Alert was issued for the little boy.
The child was found safe in a car parked outside of an abandoned home. Grayson was later arrested in connection to the kidnapping.
Grayson is expected to be arraigned at 2:30 p.m.
