COMMERCE TWP., Mich. (WXYZ) - A 20-year-old man is in custody after breaking into an elderly couple's home and inappropriately touching the female resident.

Deputies from Oakland County responded to an address in the 2900 block of Gabriel for a report of a breaking and entering, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
