A Waterford man takes his own life after shooting at two teenage sisters in Eastpointe, according to police.
This morning around 7 a.m., the girls' uncle, Myron Tutt says a man was waiting in a car as Tutt's 13 and 15 year-old nieces were walking to school along Firwood in Eastpointe.
He says the 32 year-old man had met his 15 year-old niece on line.
Tutt believes the man was angry because the family found out about an improper relationship the he had with the 15 year-old girl back in December and they filed a police report.
Tutt believes that angered the man so much that he showed up this morning to kill his 15 year-old niece.
She wasn't hit, but her 13 year-old sister Moriah Petty was shot in the thigh.
"He was trying to get her into the car. She wouldn't get into the car. H e started shooting at her and he hit her little sister," says Tutt.
Waterford police say they were looking investigating the complaint, but no arrest had been made.
Investigators say this morning, the body of that 32 year-old man was found in Greektown casino. They say he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police say he was distraught over the allegations against him.
Meanwhile, loved ones of 13 year-old Moriah say she is doing okay and is expected to recover.
