Michigan State University student's death investigated as homicide

(WXYZ) - Police are investigating  the mysterious death of a student from Michigan State University.

Police in Bath Township say Dustyn Frolka, 19, was  found Saturday night lying in the middle of I-69 near East Lansing.

Officers say he was fighting to breathe when a nurse driving by stopped to try and help him. We're told he died on the way to the hospital.

Police say they are investigating the incident as a homicide. 

Frolka was a sophomore from Owosso.
