Mom escapes abductors after home invaded, teens tied-up

OAK PARK, Mich., (WXYZ) - They invaded a house, tied up two teenagers, stole all they could, then abducted a woman.

Right Now Oak Park Police are searching for the suspects.

Oak Park Police tell 7 Action News they got a call from the mom who lives in a home targeted on Whitmore, near 9 Mile and Greenfield just after 7 a.m.

She told them a group of men she didn't know barged into her house, tied up her kids, robbed, and abducted her. 

They wanted money from her. She convinced them to take her to a relative's house with the promise of money.  Once she had them out of her home, she managed to get away and call police.

Police say the men took off in the woman's vehicle, a 2007 Burgundy Dodge Yukon.
