The U.S. Marshals are asking for your help finding a sex offender who has completely fallen off the grid.

Quincy Williams was convicted of molesting a two-year-old little girl. He served time and is required to register as a sex offender, but instead he took off and now the Marshals fear it’s only a matter of time before he claims his next victim.

“He got out of prison near the end of 2000 after that he is required to verify his address with the sex offender registry every three months,” Officer Stephanie Zarosly said. “He verified one time after he got out of prison and has never verified since.”

It’s been 16 years since police had contact with Williams and since then he’s fallen off the grid.

“We need to find this guy, we have zero leads. He might be laying in an ally, he might be laying in the street, he might be laying right next to a school,” Deputy U.S. Marshals Aaron Garcia said.

With no address, no recent photo, no bank account or phone number the Marshals don’t have much in their hunt for the 54-year-old child molester other than the fears of what he’s capable of.

“He’s a convicted sex offender, this guy is the worst of the worst in my opinion, someone to mess with a little two-year-old infant baby is just sick and they need to go to jail,” Garcia said.

Which is why the U.S. Marshals have an entire Detroit team dedicated to finding non-compliant sex offenders.

“These registries are there for a reason, to keep these sex offenders under control,” Garcia said.  “Because chances are a lot of them do go back to their old ways.”

Quincy Williams is 6’0" tall, 160 pounds and known to use the alias Quincy Colbert.

“He could be anywhere, he could be in the suburbs or the city, citizens keep a look out,” Garcia said.
