(WXYZ) - What made you happy today? That's the question that a new social network called "Happier" is asking the world.
The co-founder and CEO of Happier, Nataly Kogan, says on her website that she created the network to let people have a place to collect and share small happy moments.
The site and free app has a modern design, and lets users upload a picture and leave a comment about anything that brightened their day-- with one rule: no negativity allowed.
Since the network was launched in February of this year, people have shared more than 1.3 million moments.
A spokesperson for Happier tells me that a lot of teens love the happier community because it gets away from the bullying and bragging that can happen on other social networks.
Users of the network, also known as Happiers, can favorite and comment on other people's posts. The Boston-based company is hoping that sharing good things will help make people happier, healthier and productive.
Scrolling through the website and app will undoubtedly put a smile on your face.
