Police say a thief is targeting homes in Novi off of Beck Road and south of I-96.
We're told three homes were hit in the past three weeks during the evening hours. Small electric devices, cash, jewelry and firearms were the items targeted by the suspect.
Police are looking for a white man in his 30s who was wearing a uniform-style shirt with a patch and dark pants during the incidents.
He may be driving a red SUV with yellow writing on the back window.
