CAUGHT ON TAPE: Man carjacked and then ignored by passersby

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Police are searching for whoever carjacked an 86-year-old man at a gas station in Detroit.

It happened Wednesday. Surveillance video from the BP gas station shows someone approach Aaron Brantley and hit him from behind.

Whoever attacked him then takes off in Brantley car as he crawls towards the station's office. Several people can be seen to pass by Brantley as he crawls.

A Good Samaritan eventually helped Brantley home.

His car was found later that day. The tires and radio had been taken.
