Central City Integrated Health has again partnered with several major agencies in the Detroit community to offer free, comprehensive health screening and related educational services to the public. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 18th, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in Shed 3 of the Eastern Market. It's located at 2934 Russell Street.
This free event is open to all. Parking is free.
Visitors will learn about The Healthy Michigan Plan, and can gather information on a variety of screening, testing and counseling resources, including HIV testing, drug and alcohol abuse screening, health wellness coaching, mental and physical health screening, integrated health care, and more.
