Police commanders have a tentative agreement, ut Lieutenants, Sergeants and police officers do not.
Firefighters also do not.

If deals are not made, those employees could face a "cram down" or court imposed terms this summer.
23,500 Retirees earlier reached tentative agreements for reduced pension cuts.
All retirees, employees and creditors will get to vote on the Plan of Adjustment in the coming weeks.
