DPD asks for help to find missing 13-year-old

The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing 13-year-old girl who disappeared almost a week ago.

Isabella Mouat was last seen by her mother on February 12. The girl was dropped off for school in the 7700 block of Lane at around 8:00 a.m.

Around 4:00 p.m. Isabella contacted her mother to say she was spending the weekend with a friend. She has not been heard from since.

Isabella is Hispanic. She is 5'3" tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She has dark brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light gray hoody and blue jeans with rhinestones.

Isabella is in good physical and mental condition.
