Angry customers left the Soul Food Festival at Hart Plaza on Saturday night feeling like they were ripped off by promoters.

Customers tell us they paid anywhere from $20-$65 to see nearly a dozen musical acts over the weekend, including the Temptations.

The Temptations never took the stage though, claiming they were never paid. FAH Entertainment said it was one of the worst turnouts ever for their festival.

The company said it only sold 181 tickets, leaving them $250,000 in the hole. They had to find money to pay acts before they hit the stage, which made to major delays.

On top of the entertainment issue, customers arriving late were let in for free, which made customers who paid to be there very angry.
