Extreme cold and a broken furnace have left a Detroit family furious with their landlord.
Crystal Bullock tells 7 Action News she's living in an arctic apartment that's been without heat since February 21st.
She says her landlord wouldn't send a licensed repairman to fix the furnace, which is leaking carbon monoxide gas.
It’s even made her family sick.
At Infinity Park Apartments at I-96 and Telegraph, crystal admits she's relied on a space heater and even used an oven to generate heat.
When we called management on an emergency number, we got voicemail and left a message.
In the meantime, crystal says she's considering moving out, but doesn't want anyone else to go through this.
We are going to keep the pressure on management to get that furnace fixed. We'll update you as soon as it happens.
