DETROIT (WXYZ) - 7 Action News Investigator Ross Jones found Charles Pugh living in New York City and working as a waiter in a restaurant in Harlem.
But Pugh my soon be coming back to Detroit to testify.
Attorney William Seiklay will be suing Pugh, the City of Detroit and the Detroit Public Schools. The attorney represents the teen Pugh was mentoring and asked in text messages to pose naked on camera.
Pugh paid the teen cash, and gave him a cell phone and clothes.
The lawsuit has been delayed with Detroit in Bankruptcy Court but the attorney says an agreement is being worked out with the Detroit Law Department to allow the suit.
The City and DPS are being sued because Pugh used his power and authority in the sex scandal.
