DETROIT (WXYZ) - A ruling on Detroit's bankruptcy filling may come down today.
The Michigan Court of Appeals is reviewing the case in response to a lower court's ruling that Detroit's bankruptcy filling is unconstitutional.
That decision came down Friday from an Ingham County Circuit Court judge.
In addition to the ruling, the judge also ordered a temporary restraining order in an attempt to stop bankruptcy proceedings.
Governor Rick Snyder is appeal the judge's ruling but so far, there's been no decision.
