Missing Detroit man suffers from Alzheimer's & dementia

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit police are asking for your help locating a missing 58-year-old who suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia.

According to police, Jodie McEray was last seen on Nov. 30 around 2 a.m. at his home in the 16000 block of Tracy. That's near Puritan and Schaefer on the city's west side.

Police say he will sometimes leave his home to go to the gas station to get some pop and usually returns within 15 minutes. 

McEray is described as a black male, 5-feet-2, 135 pounds with brown eyes, black and gray hair and a goatee.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants and penny loafer-type shoes.
