(WXYZ) - We've been telling you about the massive illegal dumping that has been taking place on Cabot Street in southwest Detroit.
City crews have started clearing the lots and neighbors began taking down burned out structures by hand. So, when a guy pulled up Thursday night with a truckload of construction debris, Jennifer Revoir wasn't going to stand by and do nothing.
She yelled at the guy to let him know she was watching. He promised he wouldn't dump the debris. As he was about to leave, his truck got stuck. He had to call someone to pull him out. He left with the debris still in his truck.
Neighbors want people to know they are tired of the illegal dumping and will continue to stand up to those doing it.
