Police Chief will discuss ways to curb crime in Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Police Chief James Craig and members of the police department need help from the community to curb violence in the city.

Chief Craig will hold a summit to talk about the violence in the city and how the community can help make the city safer.

The summit will take place at Sacred Heart Church community Center at 3475 Rivard.

It will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

All those who attend are eligible to receive a $25 Honey Baked Ham.
