Protestors rally against emergency financial manager, state takeover

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Protestors have gathered downtown to rally against a state takeover.

Chopper 7 shows a couple dozen anti-emergency financial manager protestors marching with American flags and signs that read "Fighting for Democracy."

They are chanting, "What do we want? Justice. When do we want it? Now."

Meanwhile, Michigan State Police pulled over and cited nine cars along I-75 just south of I-94. Police say the cars were filled with protestors heading toward the Fort Street rally.
