DETROIT (WXYZ) - The search for missing two-year-old Bianca Jones came to an end Sunday in Detroit but police are not giving up on their investigation.
More than 1,100 volunteers searched the streets of Detroit for seven consecutive days but came up empty handed. Some volunteers came from as far as Washtenaw, Monroe and Canada to assist in the search efforts.
Bianca disappeared on December 2 when her father, D'Andre Lane said he was carjacked at gunpoint.
Lane's lawyer says his client is staying out of the public eye because he has received several death threats.
