Town hall to address youth violence in Detroit held at Charles H. Wright Museum

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit's political and youth leaders are holding a special meeting to address violence in the city at the Charles H. Wright Museum from African American History.

Called "Edu-tainment 101: Youth Violence and Prevention," the town hall style meeting is designed to discuss the problems and offer solutions surrounding the city's growing youth crime rate. 

The town hall is being hosted by the Detroit Hip Hop Caucus. Among the participants are Wayne County Sheriff and Mayoral Candidate Benny Napoleon. It will also feature a panel discussion and audience questions and answer period.

The meeting is free of charge and open to the public. It will run until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 23.
