DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Police say an 11-year-old boy and a 30-year-old man were shot at a neighbor's house on Detroit's east side.
We're told a dispute occurred on Pelkey Street in Detroit and someone opened fire.
Police say the 11-year-old was shot in the arm and is expected to recover. The 30-year-old man also has non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
Detroit Police Chief James Craig arrived at the scene and said this violence must stop.
The chief told 7 Action News that the Eastern District officers responded to the incident within 4 minutes.
