Clinton Township Police searching for suspect in bank robbery Friday afternoon

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) - Clinton Township Police need your help in finding a man wanted in an armed robbery of a TCF Bank Friday afternoon.

Police say the man entered the bank on Hall Road just west of Gratiot around 2:00 p.m. Friday and approached the teller. He implied that he had a weapon and demanded money from the drawers.

The suspect then jumped over the counter, took the money from the drawer, jumped back over and ran out of the bank.

He was last seen in the condominiums just west of the TCF Bank.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20's, approximately six feet tall weighing around 180-190 pounds. He has a thin mustache with thin facial hair, and was wearing a black skull cap, black or dark thick hooded jacket, dark pants and black shoes.
