MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich., (WXYZ) - The top official in Macomb Township is due in court Wednesday on election fraud charges.
Supervisor Janet Dunn faces a pre-trial hearing. She's accused of signing off on election petitions for signatures she did not actually collect.
The charge is a misdemeanor. If she's convicted, Dunn could face more than 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.
