(WXYZ) - Police in Northern Michigan have found a body in Cheboygan County that may be that of missing Warren woman Kimberly Dejohn.
The body was found during a search of a foreclosed home in Afton, about a half hour north of Gaylord.
Michigan State Police and Warren Police believe the body is that of Dejohn.
A tip led police to the scene and cadaver dogs indicated that Dejohn's body may be at the scene.
Dejohn was reported missing in May. Police have been treating her disappearance as a homicide since earlier this month.
Dejohn's husband, Loyd, is in police custody. He has been charged with Aggravated Domestic Violence and is being called a person of interest in Dejohn's disappearance.
Dawn Hyslop, Kimberly's sister, says she spoke to Loyd after he was locked up.
"I could tell he was upset, he was crying," said Dawn.
Dawn says she wishes she could talk to her sister, if only for one last time.
"You're always going to be in my heart, in my thoughts, in my prayers," said Dawn. "I've been praying every night since this has been going on, to her...and I'm really going to miss her."
