FRASER, Mich. (WXYZ) - Alcohol, drugs, and a mom fight? That's not what parents expected to see when they were picking up their kids from Richards Middle School in Fraser.
Police say it started when 43-year-old Lisa Marie Rosales pulled into the parking lot, Thursday afternoon.
Parents watched it all unfold before their eyes.
"She was blocking traffic and the lady behind had gotten out of her car and knocked on her window to ask her to move, telling her she was blocking traffic and the lady kind of jumped out of her car and went all crazy," said parent Karen Dickson.
According to police, Rosales then attacked the other mother. At first, some parents thought she was just frustrated over the long line at the school.
"It's crazy," said Dickson. "The parking lot is small because, when this building was built it was obviously a lot smaller, so you know, you'd like the cars to move."
Fraser officers arrived quickly. They told 7 Action News they could tell Rosales was really drunk.
According to police, she even admitted to driving up to the school to pick up her 13-year-old daughter after drinking.
Officers say she blew a .18 on a breathalyzer test. They say they also found Oxycontin and pot .
Rosales was charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and operating vehicle at high blood alcohol level.
Her bond was set at $1500.
