POLICE: Drunk man arrested after telling bar customers he was a 'Federal Marshal'

MT. CLEMENS, Mich. (WXYZ) - A Clinton Township man has been charged with being a Disorderly Person and Resisting and Obstructing after being arrested in Mt. Clemens.

Fifty-eight-year-old Timothy Hulquist was taken custody at around 1:45 am on Saturday morning at Fritz's Pub on Main Street.

Police say they were called to the scene because of a seemingly intoxicated customer who was telling people he was a "Federal Marshal" who was engaged in "a manhunt." The man was also reported to be showing a holstered firearm to the other customers.

Deputies entered the bar and talked with Hulquist, before taking his airsoft pistol. Hulquist was also taken into custody following a brief struggle.
