BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) - Three teens were charged with two counts of second degree home invasion on March 19, after two separate home invasions in Bloomfield Township and Bloomfield Hills.
Police say Michael Pickens, 17, Khalil Gracey, 17 and Carrington Simons, 18, broke into two different residences over the course of February and March.
On February 17, police say the men broke out a window of a home and stole $3,000 in property, including cash, designer athletic shoes, and Beats headphones. The victim in that home invasion believed he was targeted because he tweeted he was leaving for a few days.
Police also say on March 7, the three men broke into another home, stealing more designer athletic shoes and cash.
All three suspects are from Bloomfield Hills. Pickens was arraigned and given a $500,000 bond, wile Gracey and Simons were give a $25,000 bond. Their next scheduled date is Tuesday, March 25.
