PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) - 7 Action News has learned that a jury has been seated in the Cipriano murder trial.
The jury that has been seated will hear the case against Tucker Cipriano. Jury selection for the jury that will hear the case against Cipriano's co-defendant, Mitchell Young, will begin Thursday at 8:30 am.
Cipriano and Young are accused of killing Cipriano's father and critically injuring his mother and brother in a brutal baseball attack.
The case has become controversial in the last few days as the Cipriano family, including Tucker Cipriano's mother Rose, has blasted Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper for not considering a plea bargain in the case.
The judge has since issued a gag order in the case.
