MARYSVILLE, Mich. (WXYZ) - The St. Clair County Sheriff announced Wednesday they have discovered the body of missing 19-year-old Brady Morton in the St. Clair River.
Morton, from Fenton, was found about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon. The Dive team located the body using an underwater camera attached to a sled device towed behind the boat.
The Sheriff found his body 45 yards off shore in about 26 feet of water. It was in an area just off Gratiot Avenue, south of Ravenswood Road in Port Huron.
Morton went missing just before 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon while participating in the Float Down with his friends.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
