Two men who are accused of stealing from several Target stores arraigned on felony charges

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) - Two of the four men accused of stealing from several Target stores are arraigned on felony charges.

Ardis Valentine-Lewis, 17, and Devon Maas, 18, were charged with breaking and entering and larceny from a building.

Police believe they are connected to thefts from the Target stores on Waters Rd. and Carpenter Rd. in Pittsfield Township and Michigan Avenue in Canton.

When the men saw officers waiting outside of the Canton store, police say the suspects took off.

They led officers on a chase that ended in a crash. Valentine-Lewis and Maas were apprehended. Two other men remain on the loose.

A judge set bond for each man at $100,000 or 10% cash surety. They are scheduled to be back in front of a judge in April for a preliminary exam.
