University of Michigan Police Chief Robert Neumann says after deadly mass shootings, they get an increase in requests for presentations on how to stay safe in situations where an active shooter is reported.
But Aliceea Rice, a U-M senior and member of Young Americans for Liberty, says that unless students are allowed to carry firearms on college campuses, they will be like "sitting ducks" in the gun-free zones.
