Woman's car hit by bullet in possible Ypsilanti road rage incident

YPSILANTI, Mich. (WXYZ) - A woman is the unintended victim of a possible road rage incident in Ypsilanti.

Investigators say she drove to the Ypsilanti police department around 11:30 a.m. with a single bullet hole in her rear window. The woman told police she heard several gunshots fired near Michigan and 1st Avenue.

Police say this could be the aftermath of a road rage incident, but they don't believe the woman was the intended target.

The woman was not hurt.
