Police are investigating the theft of iPads from an Inkster school.
INKSTER, Mich. (WXYZ) - Thieves break into Tomlinson Middle School on the south side of Inkster and sources say it may be an inside job.
There are no signs of forced entry on the outside.
Did they use a number code to get in? Or have a key?
They knew what they wanted.
Once inside they had to break into a locked classroom and a storage cabinet. Inside were more than 30 iPads, now gone.
The school has an alarm and security cameras.
Police are not commenting on the case and whether they have any leads.
Kids return from the holiday break on January 6.
