A mother is missing. She was last seen visiting her family around the Fourth of July in Garden City. No one has seen or heard from 39-year-old Ronica Dunlap ever since.

Ronica’s family on the west coast reached out to 7 Action News for help. Their hope was to connect us with family here at home, to help them tell their painful story.

“I do fear and I feel it that something’s wrong”, says Melissa Biddle, Ronica’s twin sister.

We’re told Ronica, went to a Sunoco gas station a block from her sister’s house on the night of July 2nd and hasn’t been seen since.

A gas station attendant said that Ronica was at the store and got a ride around the corner from an employee.

They did so because she is a frequent customer who needed a favor.

The man who gave Ronica a ride confirmed that he did drop her off at Ann Arbor Trail and Merriman, near Middlebelt.

He also added that she wanted to get to a friend who needed help.

Garden City police are working this case, and Ronica’s family is investigating on their own.

Ronica was involved in a car accident that has left her mentally and physically scarred. She is currently taking medication, but hasn’t taken them since she went missing.

If you have any information about Ronica Dunlap’s whereabouts, please contact, Garden City police.
