SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WXYZ) - A Southfield girl missing for two days has been found. Police say she has been reunited with her family.
Kendall Fane was found on the east side of Detroit. Lieutenant Nick Loussia of the Southfield Police Department said he was told Fane is not injured and appears to be OK.
The 13-year-old, a student at Levy Middle School, went missing February 25. She left her morning class to use the restroom and never returned. Southfield police said she may have been seen at a Tim Hortons in Southfield at 10 a.m. after she left school.
Fane had no contact with her family since she went missing Monday.
"We think (Fane) went off on her own, but we're not certain," Loussia said earlier.
Fane's family members said she has been communicating with older men on social media. Louissa said Fane's online communication is especially disconcerting.
