One of the summer's most popular festivals kicks off in a new location today at 2 p.m.
The Stars and Stripes Festival moves to Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
There will be carnival rides and monster truck rides, live music, food truck and more.
The festival runs through Sunday, capped off with its signature fireworks display.
