A judge sentenced the final defendant in the mob beating case of a Detroit driver Thursday morning.
Latrez Cummings received a sentence of six months in jail with credit for 39 days served. He will also serve three years probation.
Last week Judge James Callahan postponed the sentence so he could learn more about the 19-year-old's school attendance.
Cummings and four others pleaded guilty to assaulting Steve Utash, who accidentally hit a boy with his car in April. The mob beat Utash into a coma for days.
The longest sentence has been about 6 ½ years in prison. One man got a year in jail.
A teenager whose case was handled in Juvenile Court is in custody until at least September.
