It is absolutely amazing how all of you jump to conclusions without even knowing any facts. I read a post on another news site from a cousin of the child who said that she was walking near the pool, collapsed and fell into the pool. The mother was screaming for help as she was drowning. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for condemning her.

re: UnionsSuck, Maybe that should be made a law, then stuff like this would not happen. It should be mandatory for Hotels/Motels to have Life Guards on duty and to shut the pool down when they availibe. Even adults drown.

Gee, I don't know for sure about the mother,or the ability of the child to take care of itself......Guess I need to get my facts right.I am late for my next linching

The mother is hospitalized, who friggin' cares. She obvuiusly did not care about keeping her child safe.

234th: Who gives a rat's azzzzzzzzz if the mother has been hospitalized? I have a 5yr. old and a pool .I wouldn't even dare think of leaving her in a pool alone for a second! At least the mom is alive!

Oh, so she went to school...well, that changes everything. I know adults who can't swim. I'm not being self-righteous. Just stating a bit of common sense (which it seems, isn't so common these days)...no child should be left on their own and especially not in a pool! I don't think I need the "facts" for that.

Then set off the bench,Judge. The woman has been hospitalized, not with joy.....

234th - 6/26/2009 10:01 AM
All I am saying is YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING other than some selfrightious notion. She was 6 not two or four.I bet she even went to school.Get the facts before emotion bull.

Not neurotic, but I'm not planning a funeral either.
