Since I always get accused of BH, I'm going to do the same thin as him/her. I'm out of here for a couple days...see; I am going up North to my second home to go snowmobiling on 1 of my 5 snowmobiles. I'll let you UAW clowns stress and worry about your companies futures. The only thing I have to worry about is where to find the most snow. LOL. I know a lot of you UAW trash ride also, so this winter should be nice...less traffic on the trails in MY way, your broke a** will have to sell your sleds. Tough luck. Later chumps.

DW...seriously, you're a moron. Babyhuey and I are NOT the same person. It just goes to show how ignorant you really are. Seeing as you know everything, you are all powerful, then you SHOULD be able to see that there have been posts from BH and I that have been POSTED AT THE EXACT SAME TIME...so how oh wise one is this possible? Enlighten me. It just bugs you to no end that there are other people that share similar views that don't agree with yours. Me...gunned down? Not. It would be much more likely you'd be gunned down. If I had to guess, I'd say you probably live in the ghetto (Detroit) have fun with that. And foofighter...the banks get the loans for the simple reason that if they did not, the entire WORLD'S economy would collapse, and the bank's employees don't suck the life blood out of their company with these insane wages like YOU receive. The only people in the banking industry making ridiculous wages are the executives and top level leadership...just like your to level brass. The general employees make no where NEAR what you parasites make. Congress actually realizes that you cannot pay the help these kinds of wages and have a successful business. BFD a couple automakers bite the dust...there are more to take their place. File chapter 11, get rid of the UAW, trim the fat, get rid of all useless workers, and make retirees pay a big chunk of their medical...the companies will recover. The only person who WON'T recover is the overpaid, skill less uneducated assembly rat. They will NEVER be able to find another job making that kind of money with their lack of skills and marketability ANYWHERE. The sad part is, they COULD better themselves...new training, higher education, but they won't because they are lazy. They'd rather sit on their a** and wait for their UAW to get them the wages that they are NOT entitled to. These hearings are making it crystal clear that the domestic’s business model is a complete and total failure. It's amazing that they've survived thi

foofitter: Points taken! I agree with most of what you said! We'll just respectfully agree to disagree, regarding the UAW issue! :) Have a good day and stay warm!

Flowerqueen702: Concessions have been made. 2003,2005,2007, and now in 2008. Concessions in pay, healthcare, work rules, the combining of the skilled trades, and retiree's healthcare. I have said before that I understand people getting upset over this issue, but the first thing people do is go and attack the UAW and it's members. Citibank gets a 300 billion line of credit(not to mention the 30 or so billion before that) and no one says anything. It's all but forgotten. 400 million of that has to go toward the new CitiField ballpark in New York City. Wheres the media on that one? Sorry I'm starting to rant a bit, but there is a bit of a double standard going on here. If you feel that the UAW has outlived it's usefulness thats your opinion, but I strongly disagree you.

Washburn: See a Shrink will you?Try and get a job for a change, it might help reduce the number of pillas you take daily. I guess your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

foofitter: Went to bed and didn't see your posts until now. I consider myself very informed on what's going on in our country today! You and I will just respectfully agree to disagree. On the other blog, I posted that concessions need to be made, starting at the top and going all the way to the bottom. I read somewhere that 60% of Americans do NOT want a "bailout" for the Big 3. I will agree with you...the government needs to do something...the state of Michigan will go right down the tubes...shame on all of us for being so dependent on one industry. My point is..is that, I don't want my hard earned money going to the Big 3...AIG...Citi or any other company, only for them to continue with their ways. All of these companies HAVE to restructure themselves...starting with unbelievable salaries. Seems to me that all of these companies wanting our money..is like someone standing in the food stamp line, dripping in diamonds and wearing a full length fur coat! The UAW was a good thing...but that was a LONG time ago...I don't believe that when it was developed, the forefathers were hoping for it to be a greedy and corrupted organization. I don't think the UAW will die...but, I do believe that it's lost a lot of the corrupted power, that it had over these companies! And, that's a GOOD thing!
