(WXYZ) - There are new developments in a deadly road rage case. Just moments before he was scheduled to be arraigned the man who allegedly fired shots that killed a father of three was released.
The family of 34-year-old Anton Gjelaj say there are shocked and angry that the man who admitted to killing Gjelaj was released Monday without being charged.
Gjelaj was killed Saturday night in what police are calling a road rage incident on Hall Road near Groesbeck in Clinton Township.
The man who said he shot Gjelaj says he feared for his life and the lives of his two young sons who were with him.
The prosecutor's office will only say that he is being released pending further investigation.
