Health Care Bill Reaction
(WXYZ) - By a 60-to-39 vote along strict party lines Senate Democrats advanced their health care legislation Saturday night.  But the health care debate is far from over.

Saturday night's vote moves the health care debate to the senate floor.

Senators now go home for Thanksgiving recess preparing for the intense debate ahead.
