INKSTER, Mich. (WXYZ) - Inkster Police have identified the man they say hit an officer with his car before leaving the scene.
It happened at the Bungalow Motel on Michigan Avenue. Officers were at the motel investigating a suspicious vehicle at the time of the incident.
Police say that during their investigation, Ramone Harbour ran to his car and sped away, hitting a uniformed officer as he left the scene. The officer was treated at the hospital for minor injuries and is expected to be okay.
