Three suspects arrested and charged with open murder in death of MSU student Dustyn Frolka

(WXYZ) - Police have charged three suspects in connection to the death of Michigan State student Dustyn Frolka.

Frolka was found lying unresponsive on I-69 in Bath Township on Saturday, February 15.

Police were able to arrest the three suspects over the course of two search warrants that took place Saturday morning in Saline.  With the help of Saline police and the Michigan State Police, the three suspects were arrested, and a motor vehicle that was used during the crime was taken.

Brendan Michael Heim, 16, Tyrel Steven Bredernitz, 18, and Samantha Angelica Grigg, 18 have been charged with murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

We're told Brendan will also be charged as an adult.
